~Babies, babies, babies~

No, this isn't an announcement saying that we're expecting a baby any time soon! :) But it seems like these days, so many of my wonderful girlfriends are and I just love helping them celebrate this new bundle of joy on the way. And what's better than celebrating with two super special gals on the same day? Saturday morning we celebrated Becky's babe (Baby Eisen) at Mother's Bistro in downtown Portland. OH MY YUMMYNESS! Seriously, this place was packed beyond the brim because of how delicious their food is. It's definitely on my list of places to visit again...and again, and again.
And they serve Stumptown Coffee, which is my favorite!
...Landon likes it, too!
Lots of amazing gals came out to celebrate with our wonderful friend, Becky! Not only were were celebrating Baby Eisen's April arrival, but also the fact that Bec was able to get released from bed rest, which is super fabulous. Dustin and I are stoked that the Lord has brought the Duppenthaler family into our lives over the last year or two. What an awesome family (and Bec is an awesome girlfriend to me!) they are, and we are so excited to meet Baby Eisen so very soon.

My second fabulous friend, Jessica, is due with Baby boy Ritchie right around my birthday! She and her family are such a blessing to Dustin and I and we have LOVED (absolutely loved!) getting to know the 4 of them over the past year. The theme of this shower was Cowboys, as this is what the kids' room is decorated with at their home. And it was hosted at "The Barn" which is one of the most gorgeous event places around (and also where Harley spent the first 7 weeks of her life!).
Amy and Stacey and some of the other gals that hosted it did a fabulous job with the decorations, the food, the games, and every little detail. What a beautiful shower!
Do you see those pies? Yes, they were each handmade by Amy...with love and deliciousness! Oh my goodness, what a cute and yummy idea.
The Lord has truly blessed me with some absolutely amazing friends and wonderful godly gals. I cannot begin to say how much I appreciate both of these ladies; their friendship, encouragement, smiles and hugs, and guidance in my life. They are absolute gifts!

Me and Jessica....due with Baby Ritchie May 8! I told her she should go a day early and have him on my birthday. :)
