~Sunriver with Dustin's Family~

Last week, we were able to spend 5 days in Sunriver with Dustin's side of the family - 17 of us in one house....parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts, uncle, and cousins! It was such a great time. We had awesome weather, a fabulous home to stay in, lots of yummy food, and a relaxing week away from work. We love, love, love Sunriver and are always excited to go back!

Because we had such nice weather, the first day, a bunch of us went to the pool, while some of the guys played golf. Doesn't that sound like a wonderful day?

Then we all just enjoyed the lovely weather and our awesome house location - right on the 5th fairway of the Meadows course. Dustin looked for golf balls while some of the other guys were tossing around the football.

On Friday, Dustin and I along with Jim and Peg headed out to Wicciup Lake, which is where the swim portion of Dustin's triatholon will take place (this weekend!). So he put on the wet suit and swam laps for 40 minutes to get ready. He did awesome. Peg and I got a workout as well, as we paddled back and forth in the blow-up boat to make sure he was visable to any other boaters. He than jumped on his bike and rode 28 miles back into Sunriver, which is the course for the riding portion of the race.

And of course, with our two cute nephews in tow, we had to do a little photo shoot of these charming boys. They weren't sure what to think of the grass. Reid liked it for the most part; Cole on the other hand hated it at first, but then eventually got used to it. Aren't they too cute?

Just a few more pictures of the family hanging out together. We got to do a lot of that throughout the week, which was awesome. We all put our work and other responsibilities behind us for a few days to enjoy a vacation together. Well worth it, indeed!
