We have come to really enjoy running over the past few years and have done this race several times now. This year, though, we had a bunch of friends do it with us which made it that much more fun. The night before, Trevor and Meghann had everyone over for an "athlete-themed" spaghetti dinner. Dustin and I dressed as golfers, but I think we appeared to be country club snobs. We came prepared with props as well - golf clubs and gloves. Meghann even made "race day" bags full of snacks for all of us. Race Day went great and we all had a fun time... except we were never able to connect with Stacey, so she had to run on her own. Sorry Stacey! Thank goodness there were 22,000 other runners out in downtown Portland Sunday morning.
