The Lake...Finally

Usually summertime in Oregon consists of a lot of going to the lake, but this summer we ran into the problem of a lack of friends with boats. Thus, our first trip of the summer to the lake was last weekend. It was pretty stinking fun though. We went to a little lake just outside of Junction City called Triangle. There were only about 5 boats on the water. 4 of us went all together...me, Erinn, Ash and Don Gibson. The boat was Don's...hopefully in the future we won't have to wait for a freind invite to take the boat out! Here are a few pics...Erinn did not want to go wakeboarding that bad (she thought). But I knew that deep down she really did and just needed some encouragement...so we just stayed out on the lake until she literally had to pee her pants and was forced to jump in the water. At that point she was wet anyhow and this is what happened next...

"Just keep the front left edge up out of the water and you will do fine"

See, look at that smile. I knew she wanted to ride!

Just heading outside the wake...no big deal :)

She is a natural! Got right up every time...
